But we believe we had to try the 'FSBO' approach and the best think to come out of it was you! As you know we interviewed other realtors including the top team in the area. In our opinion, they don't offer the personal service, Open House option, or superior marketing that you do. They more or less list the house and leave. We couldn't have been more delighted with your marketing talents, virtual tour editing talents, interpersonal and sales skills. We can be hard people to please but we didn't find it the least bit difficult to be pleased with your service. From the beginning to end, you were very patient, polite, professional and went the extra mile to provide the services we needed. You promptly responded via phone or emails on numerous occassions.
